「國民法官」新制 112年起上路

  「國民法官法」已經立法院三讀通過，民國112年1月1日起，只要是最輕本刑10年以上有期徒刑之罪或是故意犯罪因而發生死亡結果的案件，將會隨機抽選出6位國民，與3位專業法官來一起審理、討論。而且，國民法官可以全程參與「事實認定」以及「量刑」，整個審判過程也會盡量以「白話」進行，避免艱澀的裁判用語。國民法官的「個資」也會有完整保護，讓來自各行各業的國民法官，可以帶來多元的經驗、想法，協助讓判決結果更「接地氣」，並在審理過程中與法律專業觀點彼此激盪、互補，讓判決視角更加全面，更能反映全民對公平正義的期待。

112年元旦起 基本工資調漲

  自民國112年1月1日起，每月基本工資由2萬5250元調整至2萬6400元；時薪由168元調整至176元，預估將有超過232萬名勞工受惠，也創下連續7年調漲的新紀錄。

\n

 

\n

  而配合基本工資調升，勞保局會自動同步修正「勞工保險投保薪資分級表」及「勞工職業災害保險投保薪資分級表」，第1級月投保薪調高為2萬6400元，增進勞工請領勞職保給付權益。

  加拿大政府於今年12月21日發布《2021年努納戊特特區的瀕危物種（Species at risk in Nunavut 2021）》報告，顯示西哈德遜灣（Western Hudson Bay）的北極熊數量在西元2021年有618頭，比西元1980年代減少約50%，且在西元2011年到2016年之數量變化為減少11%，在近5年內則減少27%，顯現數量減少的情形逐漸加速。

  科學家推測北極熊數量驟降之因，是因其獵物海豹受氣候變遷影響，而減少數量，連帶導致北極熊的數量跟著減少，此外，北極熊仰賴海冰捕獵，海冰因暖化而加長融化的時間，使北極熊較不易捕食。西哈德遜灣是全球北極熊棲息最南的地區，科學家預測當地的北極熊恐將最快消失。

  文化部公告「重要文化資產保存技術保存者」最新名單：「剪黏泥塑技術」保存者徐明河匠師、「土水修造技術」保存者李清海匠師及蘇清良匠師。

\n

 

\n

  「剪黏泥塑技術」是臺灣傳統建築的裝飾工藝，其保存者徐明河長期以傳統手作修復古蹟為主業，為「洪派五虎將」的第三代傳人；「土水修造技術」可保存及修復漢式傳統及洋式近代建築，其保存者李清海為金門縣人，維護許多金門地區的傳統建築，而另一位保存者蘇清良，能製作各種土水修造技術工具，且正確執行相關土水修造技術。

  文化部依「文化資產保存法」登錄重要文化資產保存技術，並認定保存者，自民國99年起至111年12月，已登錄10項技術、認定16位保存者。
